(Vancouver, WA)  --  Police have a wanted man in custody after he crashed into a vehicle and then into an Arby's restaurant in Vancouver.  Authorities say the suspect sped through a construction zone on Interstate 205 and was chased by a state trooper onto the Mill Plain exit before crashing into the restaurant.  Police say the trooper used a Taser on the suspect, who tried to flee the scene on foot.  Officials say 25-year-old Jonathan Carroll had several outstanding warrants for his arrest.
