Police Seek Suspect In Attempted Kidnapping

(Portland, OR)  --  Police are looking for a man who attempted to abduct a teenage girl in Northeast Portland.  Officials say the 13-year-old girl was walking to a bus stop in the 52-hundred block of Northeast 92nd Avenue on Friday when she was pushed to the ground by the suspect, who then grabbed her.  She told police she was dragged for several blocks, but was able to run away after a man in a green truck saw what was happening and confronted the suspect.  Authorities say the suspect is described as black, in his 30s, about six feet tall, wearing a white T-shirt, dark pants, and a red Chicago Bulls cap.
