(Portland, OR)  --  Gasoline prices are heading down as the Thanksgiving holiday grows closer.   The latest Triple-A survey shows the average in the Portland area for regular is two-37 a gallon, four cents below the average of a week ago.  At this time last year, regular gas in Portland averaged about three-oh-two a gallon.
