(Portland, OR)  --  A new poll shows about 60 percent of voters statewide support a proposed ballot measure to increase business taxes.  The DHM Research survey also says support for the measure drops slightly when voters are presented with arguments against it.  The firm told the "Portland Tribune" campaigns both for and against Initiative Petition 28 will likely be expensive if the measure qualifies for the November 2016 ballot.
