(Hillsboro, OR)  --  A woman who's wanted for murder in Washington is in custody in Oregon.  Authorities say Raven Cutler, who has 16 convictions on her record, was apprehended last night in Washington County.  Cutler is accused of murdering a 54-year-old Yakima woman.  Police say the victim was shot multiple times and left on the side of a rural road.
