(Portland, OR)  --  Fuel prices are still falling as the Thanksgiving holiday arrives.  Triple-A's latest survey shows the Portland-area average for regular is two-36 a gallon, a half-cent lower than yesterday.  It's also about four cents below the average of a week ago.
