(McMinnville, OR)  --  A McMinnville man is facing charges, following a crash that killed his passenger in Yamhill County.  Police believe Jose Manuel Acevedo was intoxicated at the time of the Saturday crash in the community of Whiteson.  The car went out of control and overturned in a ditch, killing 48-year-old Maria Edith Naranjo Chavez of McMinnville.  Acevedo is charged with DUII and criminal negligent homicide.
