(Sherwood, OR)  --  Washington County deputies say a dog that was stolen nearly a year ago has been reunited with its family.  The Australian Shepherd, named Pippin, was taken from the front of a store in Beaverton.  Bail is set at ten-thousand-dollars for 54-year-old Penelope Whipple, who's charged with felony first-degree theft of a companion animal.  Pippin is back home and said to be doing fine after being identified through a chip implant.
