(Portland, OR)  --  Gas prices are unchanged in the Portland metro area.  The latest Triple-A survey shows the average for a gallon of regular is two-35 a gallon, which is about a penny a gallon below the average of a week ago.  The national average for regular is two-oh-four a gallon.
