(Portland, OR)  --  A Portland developer is planning a high-rise condominium for the Pearl District.  Hoyt Street Properties is proposing construction of a 20-story residential building, to be located next to The Fields Neighborhood Park.  "The Oregonian" reports the condo would have 150 units and accommodate 190 parking spaces.  Boora Architects of Portland is designing the high-rise.
