(Albany, OR)  --  A firearms dealer in Albany is accused of making a silencer for someone not legally allowed to own a gun.  Police say a three-week investigation led to the arrest of Jose Morales, who operates GNA Supplies on Southeast 2nd Avenue in Albany.  Investigators say Morales knew the person was not permitted to own a gun.  Morales is facing weapons- and drug-related charges.
