(Portland, OR)  --  Wet weather notwithstanding, fans will be able to help the Portland Timbers celebrate their first-ever MLS Cup, with a downtown parade today.  The procession is set to begin at noon at Southwest Broadway and Stark Street, travel eight blocks, and end at Southwest Broadway and Madison.  A rally is scheduled at six this evening at Providence Park.
