(Undated)  --  Financial news-and-opinion website 24/7 Wall Street ranks Washington and Oregon among the nation's best-run states.  The rankings, which have the Evergreen State ranked ninth, are based on data that include debt per capita, median household income, poverty rate, and unemployment rate.  Oregon ranks 15th in the survey.  North Dakota is ranked as the nation's best-run state, while New Mexico ranks at the bottom.
