(Milwaukie, OR)  --  Police say rafts had to be used to rescue Milwaukie residents who were stranded by floodwaters.  Water levels from yesterday's rainstorms rose so quickly that many people were trapped in their homes.  Officials say 50 people were forced to evacuate in the area of Southeast Lake Road and Rusk Road.  Fire officials told KGW-TV that the area frequently experiences flooding, but normally not to this extent.
