(Portland, OR)  --  Investigators are trying to determine what caused a crash that killed a U-Haul driver in Northeast Portland.  Police say the driver lost control of the U-Haul and crashed into a tree near the intersection of Northeast Glisan and 91st Avenue around two o'clock yesterday afternoon.  The driver's name hasn't been released.
