(Clatskanie, OR)  --  A woman is dead, after she drowned in high water in Columbia County.  Clatskanie Rural Fire Chief Steve Sharek told KGW-TV that a man drove likely himself and the woman around a road closure sign yesterday near the intersection of Highway 30 and Lost Creek Road.  The car drifted and began sinking, and the man climbed atop the car and was later rescued.  The woman, whose name hasn't been released, died at the scene.
