(Woodland, WA)  --  The northbound lanes of Interstate 5 near Woodland, Washington are open again.  A rock- and mudslide Wednesday prevented northbound passage along the highway.  Washington state transportation crews had one northbound lane open by six o'clock yesterday evening, and a second lane was open by 9:15.  WSDOT says all lanes should be clear by Sunday night.
