(Salem, OR)  --  Police say a Salem homeowner was shot after arriving at his house while a burglary was in progress.  Officials say the 64-year-old man arrived at his home around 1:25 yesterday afternoon and saw the burglar, then exchanged gunfire with him.  The homeowner suffered an injury that wasn't life-threatening.  Police say the burglar, described as a 25-to-30-year-old male with a dark complexion, fled the scene on foot and is still at large.
