(Portland, OR)  --  Portland is considered the number one city for food in America.  Earlier this year, a "Washington Post" restaurant critic set out to rank the top ten food cities in the country.  He said his favorite things are the ingredients like "300 kinds of truffles" and "berries so delicate they don't leave the state."  He did say that Portland doesn't have enough fine-dining establishments, though.
