(Eugene, OR)  --  Police say a man who was angry with the Oregon Department of Revenue dropped off seven chickens inside the Eugene office.  Authorities were called around 12:20 yesterday afternoon on reports of a flock of chickens in the office.  A Eugene animal welfare officer helped police round up the chickens and take them to a shelter.  The man who left them was cited for trespassing.
