Man Accused Of Prostituting Women With Disabilities

(Portland, OR)  --  A man is accused of forcing women with developmental disabilities to work as prostitutes.  Mark Loinu Paye pleaded not guilty to 34 prostitution-related charges.  The incidents allegedly happened with five different women between April and September 2014.  Paye had reportedly been warned about his alleged illegal activity in the past and was told to stop, but he ignored the warnings.  He's being held on more than one-point-five-million-dollars bail.
