(Portland, OR)  --  The price of gasoline continues to rise in the Portland area.  The latest Triple-A survey shows the average for regular is two-36 a gallon, which is a half-cent higher than yesterday.  It's also three-and-a-half cents a gallon above the average of a week ago.
