(Portland, OR)  --  A Tualatin High School teacher won't get any jail time after pleading guilty to a charge of second-degree sex abuse.  Jonathan Maggiano, who admitted yesterday to having a sexual encounter with a 17-year-old student in July, will be on probation for two years and must register as a sex offender.  Maggiano has also been ordered to complete 160 hours of community service.
