(Rice Hill, OR)  --  Oregon State Police are investigating a wrong-way crash on Interstate 5 that left a woman dead in Douglas County.  Troopers say 35-year-old Deanna Teaven was a passenger in an SUV that was southbound in the northbound lanes of the highway near Rice Hill early yesterday morning.  The SUV collided with a tractor-trailer rig, killing Teaven.  The driver of the SUV, 39-year-old Charles B. Jones, was seriously injured.
