(Olympia, WA)  --  A bill that would make Washington the first state in the U.S. to require warning labels on e-cigarettes and other vaping products is awaiting Governor Inslee's signature.  The measure would also require those who sell vaping supplies to be licensed by the state.  Lawmakers recently passed the measure, saying the regulations are intended to prevent minors from using the products.
