(Portland, OR)  --  An investigation is underway after the body of an adult was pulled from the Willamette River near the St. Johns Bridge.  Multnomah County deputies say the body was spotted around seven o'clock yesterday evening about 30 feet from the bridge's easternmost pier.  An autopsy will be conducted.
