(Portland, OR)  --  Police are still investigating, after a 13-year-old boy was hit by a vehicle in Southeast Portland.  Authorities say Mauricio Valdez was struck while in a crosswalk Saturday at the intersection of Southeast 142nd and Division.  The teen is expected to be released from the hospital today, after suffering a bruised shoulder and a severe concussion.  Police say the driver was cited for failing to stop at a crosswalk.
