(Portland, OR)  --  Investigators are trying to determine what caused a fire that injured three people at a house in Southeast Portland.  The blaze was reported late last night at a house in the 17-hundred block of Southeast 138th Avenue.  Authorities say one of those inside the house suffered serious burns, and two others suffered less severe injuries.
