(Portland, OR)  --  The price of gasoline in the Portland area is down considerably from this time last year.  The latest Triple-A survey shows the current average for regular is unchanged from yesterday, at two-18 a gallon.  At this point in 2015, a gallon of regular sold for an average of two-71.
