(Lake Oswego, OR)  --  The Lake Oswego High School softball team is suing the school district for gender discrimination.  The Title Nine lawsuit claims that the team hasn't been given the same benefits and treatment received by baseball players.  The lawsuit contends the softball team was told it won't receive additional benefits unless the team "wins a state championship."  The school district says some facility improvements have already been made at Lake Oswego High, and it expects additional planning, coordination, and equipment to be in place within the next several weeks.
