(Tigard, OR)  --  A Tigard woman is facing a charge of manslaughter in connection with a deadly crash in Southeast Portland.  Authorities say 21-year-old Shannon Leigh O'Brien is believed to have been intoxicated when she drove the wrong way on Southeast McLoughlin Boulevard and crashed into a vehicle driven by Michael Jose on March 28th.  Jose died last Sunday of his injuries.  Police say O'Brien's blood-alcohol level following the crash was point-246, three times the legal limit.
