(Portland, OR)  --  No injuries are being reported following a fire at a homeless encampment in southeast Portland.  Authorities say the fire was reported around 2:30 yesterday afternoon at the camp, near the Hawthorne Bridge on Southeast Water Avenue and Main Street.  Portland Fire and Rescue says small propane tanks exploded during the fire, which destroyed several tents.
