WA Mental Hospital Stepping Up Security

(Lakewood, WA)  --  Officials at Washington's largest mental hospital say they're taking measures to shore up security, after recent escapes by two dangerous patients and "unauthorized leaves" taken by two other patients.  Anthony Garver, who's accused of torturing and murdering a Lake Stevens woman, was found by a Spokane County K-9 unit and apprehended Friday night after escaping from Western State Hospital in Lakewood Wednesday.  His roommate, Mark Alexander Adams, also escaped, but was caught in Des Moines the following day.  One of the other patients who left the hospital without authorization is still on the loose.
