(Seattle, WA)  --  Seattle police believe body parts that were found in a recycling bin at a home in the city's Central District are those of a missing Renton woman.  Police Chief Kathleen O'Toole says 37-year-old John Robert Charlton was arrested yesterday in connection with the death of 40-year-old Ingrid Lyne.  Lyne had disappeared after attending a Mariners game with a date Friday night at Safeco Field.  The King County Medical Examiner's Office is working to confirm the identity of the remains, which were found in the recycling bin Saturday.
