(Portland, OR)  --  Portland Mayor Charlie Hales is refusing to travel to Mississippi because of its new anti-gay law.  That's forcing the Navy to change plans on where to christen a new ship named after the Rose City.  It had been set for next month at the shipyard in Pascagoula, Mississippi.  Hales objects to the new law that allows businesses in Mississippi to refuse services to same-sex couples.
