(Portland, OR)  --  The next Clark County Fire & Rescue chief will be a 28-year Portland Fire veteran.  John Nohr will take over as Clark County chief on May 1st, after serving as chief of the emergency operations division for Portland Fire & Rescue.  Nohr will replace Dennis Mason, who was fired last year by the Clark County Fire & Rescue Board of Commissioners.
