(Seattle, WA)  --  A man who's accused of killing and dismembering a Renton, Washington mother of three is facing a charge of first-degree murder.  King County prosecutors say 37-year-old John Charlton killed 40-year-old Ingrid Lyne and disposed of some of her remains in a recycling bin in Seattle's Central District.  Charlton is also charged with theft after he was accused of using Lyne's vehicle to drive to Seattle.  He's scheduled to be arraigned on April 27th.
