(LaGrande, OR)  --  Two students at LaGrande High School are accused of planning a "Columbine-style" attack at the school.  Police say they received information the students were talking about targeting students, staff, and law-enforcement on the campus.  Authorities say the two juveniles are facing charges of conspiracy to commit murder.  There was stepped-up police presence on the campus yesterday.
