(North Bend, OR)  --  An inmate who escaped from the Shutter Creek Correctional Institution is back in custody.  KOIN-TV reports Justin Alley was reported missing around 7:20 last night, but was captured later.  He was incarcerated at Shutter Creek for first-degree burglary.
