(St. Helens, OR)  --  Authorities in Columbia County are looking for a jail inmate who ran from the facility.  Investigators say Everett Stougard, Junior got out through some chain link fencing while he was working outside yesterday afternoon.  Stougard had only been serving a two-and-a-half month sentence for methamphetamine possession and was going to be released in late May.  Stougard is described as a white male, standing about five-foot-seven and weighing 225 pounds.
