(Keizer, OR)  --  A teen who stabbed a man to death in a Keizer home last weekend won't be charged.  Prosecutors announced yesterday that the boy wouldn't be facing any charges in the Friday death of Jeffery Holly.  Prosecutors declined to say why they wouldn't be charging him but did say Holly had previously been violent.  The teen was released from a juvenile center yesterday and will receiving counseling.
