(Salem, OR)  --  The Oregon Court of Appeals is overturning the conviction of a former Milwaukie bookkeeper.  Kristina Kaino-Smith was found guilty of stealing nearly a quarter-million dollars from her employer.  But the Appeals Court announced last week that she should get a new trial, because recorded statements from her husband were, quote, "inadmissible hearsay."
