(McMinnville, OR)  --  McMinnville police are saying a missing Linfield College student has been spotted.  Owen Woods was reportedly seen early yesterday in the Depoe Bay area of Lincoln County.  The Lincoln County Sheriff's Office and Linfield College Public Safety are also working on the investigation.
