(Salem, OR)  --  One driver is dead and another is seriously injured, following a two-vehicle crash in Salem.  Police say the head-on collision happened around 8:35 yesterday morning in the 64-hundred block of Sunnyside Road Southeast.  Seventy-three-year-old Michael Tuel died later at a hospital.  The second driver is in serious condition.
