(Tacoma, WA)  --  A federal jury will start deliberating today in the trial of Washington State Auditor Troy Kelley, who's charged with 15 felony counts.  The prosecution is accusing Kelley of stealing money while he ran a real-estate services business and trying to shield that money from the IRS.  The jury heard closing arguments yesterday, following about six weeks of testimony.
