(Portland, OR)  --  One person is dead and another is in a hospital, following a two-vehicle crash in Portland's Pleasant Valley neighborhood.  Police say the wreck happened around four o'clock yesterday morning in the area of Southeast 133rd and Foster.  Authorities say one driver was pronounced dead at the scene, and the other is expected to survive.  No names have been released.
