Jury Still Out In Troy Kelley Trial

(Tacoma, WA)  --  A federal jury will resume deliberations today in the trial of Washington State Auditor Troy Kelley.  "The News Tribune" reports the jury asked U.S. District Judge Ronald Leighton yesterday what it should do if it's split on one of the counts against Kelley.  Kelley is facing a total of 15 felony charges, including theft, money-laundering and tax evasion.  Today will mark the fourth day of jury deliberations.
