(Happy Valley, OR)  --  An off-duty Portland police officer is accused of driving drunk and crashing a city-issued car.  Clackamas County sheriff's deputies say officer Daniel Chastain was off duty, but was driving a city vehicle in Happy Valley while he was on call.  Officials aren't saying when or where the crash took place.  Chastain is facing charges including DUII, reckless driving, reckless endangerment and criminal mischief.
