(Beaverton, OR)  --  Authorities say one person is dead and two are injured following a crash involving a wrong-way driver early this morning in Beaverton.  KOIN-TV reports the head-on wreck happened on Highway 26 near Murray Boulevard.  The two people who survived the crash are being treated for serious injuries.  No names have been released.
