(Portland, OR)  --  Portland police are investigating reports of shots fired in the Cully neighborhood.  Officers went to Northeast 60th Avenue between Simpson and Killingsworth around 9:10 last night.  Officials say evidence of gunfire was found in the area, but no victims or suspects have been located.
